He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hook and Violet Hook (Pippert); his wife Linda; and his brothers, Verlyn Hook, Larry Hook and Monte Hook.
He is survived by: his children, Jodee Shearer (Grant) of Wall, Jami Kitterman (Jim) of Wall and Rocky Hook (Ronelle) of Pierre; his grandchildren, Garrett Shearer, Chelsie Shearer, Michelle Kitterman, Anna Kitterman, Courtney Hook and Colbi Hook; his great grandchild Alivia Kitterman; and his siblings, Dwilyn "Peewee" Hook (Peggy) of Philip, Jerry Hook (Elaine) of Rapid City and Nita Carroll (Tom) of Washington. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
