She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Hageman and Leona Hageman (Kurtenbach); her granddaughter Michelle Lauer; and her siblings, Adeline Hageman and Vic Hageman.
She is survived by: her husband John Lauer; her children, Charles Lauer (Joyce) of Killeen, TX, Dianne Dudley (Mike) of Eden Prairie, MN, Douglas Lauer (Lisa) of Lakeville, MN, Brian Lauer (Laura) of Falls Church, VA, Barbara Lauer (Chris) of Arlington, VA and Daniel Lauer (Kim) of Sioux City, IA; and her sister Shirley Thelen of Mitchell. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters in law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Mitchell Catholic Foundation, or LifeQuest of Mitchell.
