It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Labbe of Milbank, South Dakota, born in Fredonia, North Dakota, who passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Joseph and Hilda Labbe (Mauer); his wife JoAnn Jurgens; his stepmother Martha; and his brother Kenneth.
He is survived by: his sister Joyce Dowling of Houston, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Aesoph of Sioux City, IA and Tom Jurgens (Cecelia) of Bella Vista, AR.
Due to Covid concerns, services will be held at a later date.
He served on committees for the heart and diabetes programs funded through the Community Foundation.
