He was predeceased by: his parents, Alyce Frandsen (Brodsky) and Ejner Frandsen. He is survived by: his children, Matt Frandsen (Kristin) of Derby, KS, Brandon Frandsen of Mitchell and Chelsa Frandsen (James Marion) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Ali, Frani, Taylor, Olivia, Micah, Dalton and Juliahna; and his siblings, Pam Cwach of Tyler, MN and Bruce Frandsen (Tammie) of Kalamazoo, MI..

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed to the Lake Andes Fire Department to be used for equipment needed.
