Evelyn Louise Lichty Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Louise Lichty of Huron, South Dakota, who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Hemmingson and Vella Hemmingson (Kinsey); her husband Paul Lichty; her granddaughter Angela Lichty; and her sisters, Gladys Speirs, Dorothy Ward and Arlys Hagen.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Kontz (Raymond), Thomas Lichty (Faye), Dale Lichty (Tammy), Robert Lichty (Sherry), Bruce Lichty (Melodie), Peggy Lichty (Alfred Ikenson), Paula Hill (Dan), George Lichty (Jill), Neil Lichty (Stephanie Lindemann), Kay Daugherty (Kelly) and Brian Lichty (Gail); and her sister Joan Horsley (Wayne). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and step-grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
