He was predeceased by: his brother Duane "Dee" Sherard; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Sherard and Lowell Nygaard. He is survived by: his wife Verda Sherard; his sons, Randall Sherard (Gina) of Turlock, CA, Robb Sherard (Danielle) and Raye Sherard (Joddie); his sister Diann Nygaard of Fort Collins, CO; his grandchildren, Beth Fennel (Timothy) of Elk Point, SD, Aaron Sherard (Haylee) of Hurley, Ivy Sherard (Anthony Jacobs), Kinsey Taggart (Alex), Cayman Sherard of Hurley and Felicity Fennel of Mitchell, SD; and his great grandchild Hazel Sherard.
