William Schumacher Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2020, at the age of 96, William Schumacher (Fort Pierre, South Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Schumacher and Ruth Schumacher; his wife Ethel Smith; his half-sister Marcia Roberts (Leonard); and his children, Judith McLaughlin (Lloyd) of Arizona, James (Charlene) of Pierre, Marvin (Melanie) of Pierre, Theresa Schmitz (Terry) of Texas and Anthony Lynn. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, there will be a family funeral at St. John Evangelist Catholic Church in Ft. Pierre on Monday, June 22 at 1:00 pm with burial service at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
Memorials will be donated to Feeding South Dakota.
