He is survived by: his friend Jim; his children, Margie Shantz of Lake Hills, TX, Ken Bellack (Diana Harden) of Gillette, WY, Don Bellack (Mickie) of Durant, OK, Ed Bellack (Donna) of North Vernon, IN and Kathy Kennedy of Centennial, CO; his grandchildren, Justin Shantz (Jessica), Heather Smith (Clayton), Sarah Shantz, Jake (Sami), Keith Bellack, Luke Bellack (Kelligh), Jessica Harris, Beau Bellack, Ashley Pacheco (Garrett), Kaitlin Kennedy and Ty Kennedy; and his brother-in-law Bob Payton (Shirley). He is also survived by his family, and his friends.
