It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris L. Connell of Faulkton, South Dakota, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Armin Biedenfeld and Paula Biedenfeld (Sorensen); her husband Virgil D. Connell; her brother Donald Biedenfeld; and her siblings-in-law, Beverly Biedenfeld, Ollie Martschinske, Verna Simon, Darlys Connell, Marilyn Connell, Harland Connell, Vernon Connell, Edward Martschinske and Raymond Simon.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Volk (Melvin) of Aberdeen and Terry Connell of Mancos, CO; her grandchildren, Teresa Gorder (Kevin), Justin Parry (Sarah) and Sean Connell; her stepgrandson Donovan Volk (Jeanie); and her great grandchildren, Austin Parry, George Volk, Hannah Parry and Ava Volk. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are to be directed to the Faulk County Library, United Church of Faulkton, or a charity of your choice.
