Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Della E Berndt of Faulkton, South Dakota, who passed away at the age of 87, on October 30, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Emma; and her siblings, Raymond, Hilda (Merle) of Aberdeen, S. D., Ervin (Lydia) of Aberdeen, Meta (Elmer) of Howard, S. D. and Vernard of Mobridge.

She is survived by: her children, Mark (Maria) of Sturgis, S. D., Neil (Botan) of Cedar City, Paul (Janice) of Kansas City, Bruce of Mobridge, Craig of Mobridge, Randy of West Lafayette, Ind, Leann Teigen (Randy) of Hannibal and Laura Gunther (Jesse) of Mobridge; her brother Delbert (Joan Schneider) of Garland, Texas; and her siblings-in-law, Ella Schneider (Vernard) of Mobridge and Lauren Berndt (Violet) of Herreid, S. D.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in memory of Della Berndt to the Mobridge Senior Citizens Center's "Furnace Project.".
