She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy T. Langmeyer and Theresa Langmeyer (Fecht); her husband Sylvester V. Billet; her son Sylvester Jr.; and her siblings, Andy, Jeannette Waage, Berneda Scroggins, Viola Wagner and Mary Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Billet (Kathy) of Brookings, SD, James Billet of Brookings, SD and Mary Ann Stuefen (Cory) of Elkton, SD; her daughter-in-law Susan Billet of Brookings, SD; her sister Arlene Larson of Burke, SD; and her brother-in-law Dale Wagner of Brookings, SD. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
Virginia's family recommends those in attendance at the Visitation/Liturgical Wake Service and the Mass of Christian Burial to wear a mask.
