He is survived by: his wife Linda Swartz of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Jord Turner Jr. (Gwendolyn) of Hutchinson, MN, Robert Turner of Custer, SD, Kathy Turner Flanagan of Sioux Falls, SD, Jay Turner of Sioux Falls, SD, Tori Wittrock (Craig) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jason Smith of Sioux Falls, SD, Nichole DeVries (Chad) of Sioux Falls, SD and Cindy Egeberg (Chad) of Brookings, SD; his close friends, Joann Baker, Stan and Dee Hayes; and also Jord. He is also survived by the foster children were their kids, including their grand-kids.
