He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Mistelske and June Mistelske (Anderhoffer); his stepmother Karen Mistelske; his brother Derrick; his grandparents, Clifford, Ann Mistelske, Robert and Esther Angerhofer; and his aunts and uncles, Clifford 'Sonny Mistelske, Thomas Mistelske, Jerry Mistelske, Tammy Olson and Kathleen Amborn.
He is survived by: his children, Michael, Brandon and Caitlin; his grandchildren, Candace, Carter, Chloe, Kayleigh, Abigail and Joseph; his sister Julie; his stepsiblings, Jesse, Chucky, Billy, Tanya and Chrissy; and his stepmother Phyllis Nick 'Nicky'. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
