He is survived by: his wife Evelyn of Centerville, SD; his children, Connie Petersen (Dale) of Centerville and Kevin Bly (Terry) of Goodyear, AZ; his grandchildren, Brianna Fort (David) of Englewood, CO, Tyler Bly (Jamie), Dallas and Jordan Petersen; his great grandchild Tyler Roger Bly II; his brother Vernon Bly of DeLand, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Bly of Garretson, SD and Betty Sutton.
