She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Green and Maggie Brackett Wood; her husband John Otis Mitchell, Sr.; and her son John O. Mitchell, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Thomas H. Mitchell of Quarryville, PA. She is also survived by three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and eight great great grandchildren.
