She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Harper and Mary Ford Harper of Virginia. She is survived by: her husband Jim Flanagan; her son James Franklin "Frank" Flanagan, Jr. (Linda) of Keller, TX; and her grandchildren, Craig Flanagan (Sarah) of Keller, TX, Kevin Flanagan (Christine) of Carrollton, TX, Michael Hartness (Stephanie) of York, SC and Angela Hartness Hall (Matt) of York, SC. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
