He is survived by: his wife Diane Blankenship Roach; his children, Samuel Reid Roach (Ashley) of Rock Hill, SC and Ashley Nadean Roach of Portland, TN; his grandchildren, Wyatt Clark Roach and Ellyson Grace Roach; and his sisters, Cindy Lyles (Randy) of Kings Mountain, NC, Tracy Wensil of Kings Mountain, NC and Tricia Blythe (Lloyd) of Rock Hill, SC..
