With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nathaniel Winston (York, South Carolina), born in East Gulf, West Virginia, who passed away on January 8, 2022 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Christobell Medley and Terry W Winston; his siblings, Wiley Winston, Terry Winston Jr., Bernard Winston, Beatrice Winston and Oretha Winston-Gibson; and his children, Karen Winston, Kevin Winston and Nathaniel Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, Nyejah Rodriguez, Jackie Perkins, Tyesha Watson and Eric Owens; his grandchildren, Nazahah Fitzgerald, Nalajah Fitzgerald, Empress Fitzgerald, Debron Rodiguez, Radaysia Manning, Ebony Madison-Givens, Jacqueline Perkins, Diane Perkins, Jacobi Owens, Ericka Owens, Tatyana Watson, Arianna Watson and Ayanna Watson; and his son-in-law Rodney Manning. He is also survived by Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
He worked for C-Town Supermarket for 45 years until Covid forced him to retire at the age of 83.
