He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Yuzwak and Mary Yuzwak; and his father-in-law Howard Donnelly. He is survived by: his wife Lori Yuzwak (Donnelly); his daughters, Melissa Martin (George) of Clover, SC and Mara Yuzwak (Shaun Kicak) of Syracuse, NY; his grandson Grant R. Martin; his sisters, Marcia Fisher (Bob) of Alden, NY, Linda Newman (Kenny) of Lancaster, NY, Stephanie Oliver (Bob) of San Angelo, TX, Cindy Slimko of Lancaster, NY and Ann Rusin (Dan) of East Aurora, NY; his mother-in-law Shirley Donnelly of Wales Center, NY; and his sister-in-law Leesa Braun (Trey) of Carlisle, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
