She was predeceased by: her parents, Beaufort Montgomery and Ada Starnes Montgomery Allison; her husband Samuel K. Thomasson; her son Edward F. "Bear" Thomasson; and her siblings, William O. Montgomery, Roy E. Montogomery, Johnnie M. Stansbury and Gladys M. "Ditty" Gore.
She is survived by: her children, Milton D. Montgomery (Joan), Samuel K. Thomasson, Jr., Johnny L. Thomasson (Rosa), Phyllis T. Wilson (Billy) and Joyce T. Smith (Charles). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
