Marcelle Smart Armstrong Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2021, at the age of 80, Marcelle Smart Armstrong (York, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Tracy Scott Armstrong; and her sister Marlene Shugart. She is survived by: her husband Charles Kenneth Armstrong; her children, Jill Ford Kottyan (Matthew) and Kenneth Mark Armstrong (Kay); her grandchildren, Traci Nichole Ford, Brittany Ford Peake (Michael) and Charles William Armstrong; her great grandchildren, Walker Lee Maynard, Adalyn Renee Peake and Amelia Rose Peake; and her sister Brenda Hall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
