It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwendolyn Anne Bittle of York, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on August 14, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Peggy Anne Lanier. She is survived by: her father Ernest Lanier; her husband William Bittle; her children, Amanda Anne Wilkes and Phillip Bryan Gleason; and her siblings, Steven Ernest Lanier and Cindi Deanne Funchess. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
