He is survived by: his children, Lisa Churchill, David Carte, Angela Howard (Kerry), Racheal Frazee (Scott) and Paula Krysinski (Marc); his grandchildren, Kelly, David, Page (Dan), Amanda, Alex, Antonio, Henry and Elliott; his sister Sally Frazee; his stepchildren, Kim Diehl (Rick), Alan Kainec (Heather), Brian Kainec (Ann) and Kristin Brunton (Nate); and his stepgrandchildren, Makenzie, Garrett, Courtney, Joe, Henry, Lucas, Shay, Trevor, Jaxon, Grace and Ethan.
Due to the pandemic, the visitation will be private and was entrusted to Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 8382 Center St. Garrettsville.
