He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hardin and Betty Hardin; his siblings, Kim Hardin and Doug Hardin; and his grandson Christian Detter.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hardin; his daughters, Dana Stroupe, Misty Rose and Shannon McQuain; and his brothers, Billy Ray and Philip Hardin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
