It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billie Ann Burton of York, South Carolina, born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Burton; her parents, Neal S. Johnson and Jeanette Laning Johnson; and her siblings, Jack, Charles Johnson, Brenda Schumpert and Shirley Pierce.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Burton Boyd of Lancaster and Beth Burton Smith (Lewis) of Rock Hill; her grandson Michael Boyd of Lancaster; her great grandchildren, Sebastian Boyd of Rock Hill, Jacob Boyd of Raleigh, NC, Luke Boyd of Raleigh and Adley Rose Costner; and her siblings, Gene Johnson of Rock Hill, Phyllis Black of Clover, SC, Patsy Wilson of Bluffton and Janet Biddix of Rock Hill.
