William Black Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2021, at the age of 87, William Black of Woodruff, South Carolina, born in Saluda, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Leo and Mary Alice Trotter Black; and his son Rev. Alex Black. He is survived by: his wife Gay Alexander Black; his children, Joan Wilkie (Lanny) of West Union, Marie Davis (Tony) of Woodruff and William Black Jr. (Kyong) of Woodruff; his brother Bobby Black of Waterloo; his daughter-in-law Kim Black of Woodruff; and his grandsons, Casey Wilkie, Tyler Wilkie, Forrest Black, Ethan Black, Collin Black, Bradley Davis and Connor Davis. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic it is requested that face masks and social distancing be practiced at the service.
