We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2021, at the age of 93, Thelma Whittaker of Woodruff, South Carolina, born in Laurens, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Vernon and Iona Harper Armstrong; and her husband George Manly Whittaker. She is survived by: her daughter Georgia Whittaker Bullington (Joseph) of Duncan; her siblings, Helen Gossett of Simpsonville and Jerry Armstrong of Dallas, Texas; her grandchildren, Stephen Lanford (Carrie), Leigh Whittaker Lanford and Erin Lanford Tonnsen (Eric); her great grandchildren, Kaylyn Lanford Clayton (Grant), Alexis Lanford, Whittaker Theo, Olivia Theo, George Tonnsen and Lillian Tonnsen; and her great great grandchild Annie Whittaker Clayton.
