She was predeceased by: her parents, R. L. Newton and Sue Gardner Newton; her husband Lawrence Bowman; her children, Pete Tucker, Ricky Tucker "Bubba" and Joann Tucker; and her siblings, Jerald Newton, Ellen Bowman, Katie Hampton and Bobbie Sue Lister.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Tucker, Judy Tucker and May Cruthirds; and her brothers, Fred Newton and Roy Newton. She is also survived by thirty five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
