We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2020, at the age of 83, Martha Ellen Gillespie Caldwell (Woodruff, South Carolina), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Brooks Gillespie and Janie Lou Payne Gillespie; her son Johnny; her daughter-in-law Crystal Caldwell; and her brother James Gillespie.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Summer Caldwell of Woodruff; and her brother Don Gillespie of Woodruff. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
