She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Burch and Carolyn Lambert Burch; and her brother Terry Burch. She is survived by: her husband Johnny "Strawberry" Simmons; her daughters, Angela Simmons of Greenwood and Amber Morales of Gray Court; and her grandchildren, Trinity, Jaxon and Logan.
