He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Arnold West; his daughter Kim Simmons (Danny) of Woodruff; his sisters, Margaret Boulware of Woodruff and Lucille Lanford of Woodruff; his grandchildren, Amanda Penland (Shawn), Daniel Simmons (Dani), Cassidy West and Serenity Pruitt; and his great grandchild Lillian Simmons (Lilly).
