He was predeceased by: his father Hank Garvin. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Sampson Garvin; his children, Luna Garvin and Zayne Bearden; and his brother Jacob Garvin (Kaitlyn).

Josh entered into rest Sunday August 22, 2021 after losing a hard fought battle with Covid.
