He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Donald and Eunice Rebecca Gillespie Kelly; and his brothers, Bob, Don and Ted Kelly.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Anne Sullivan Kelly; his daughter Amanda Rector (Jason); his grandchildren, Taylor Galloway (Chase) and Justin Rector; his great grandchild Mason Galloway; his brother Jack Kelly; and his stepmother Bonnie Kelly.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (324 Belton Dr, Williamston, SC 29697). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
