He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold John and Madeline Fonal Hofmann. He is survived by: his wife Anne Mary Hofmann; his daughters, Kimberly Hofmann, Debra Ciapi (Chris) and Melissa Hofmann; and his grandchildren, Robert Girzadas and Gianna Ciapi.
