She was predeceased by: her husband William Henry Counts, Jr.; her parents, James Douglas and Alberta Mildred Gross Underwood; and her daughter Pamela Gail Counts. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Coursey (John) of Starr, Vicki Greer (Al) of Williamston, Kay Wilbanks (Kenny) of Pelzer, Nancy Christopher (Duane) of Williamston and Mildred Counts of Williamston; and her sister Nell Thompson of Sharpsburg, GA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
