He was predeceased by: his parent Ruby Slade (Brittany) of Williamston, SC; his brothers, Andre'Slade and Karee Rutledge; and his grandparents, Corine Sullivan and Carlton Joseph Slade Sr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Nyleigha Nicole Slade and Lynleigh Rayne Slade; his wife Brittany N. Garrison of Piedmont, SC; his grandmother Emma Lois Slade of Williamston, SC; his sister Denise Gambrell of Charlotte, NC; and his niece Erin Brianne Weldon of Pendleton, SC. He is also survived by 2 great nephews, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
