It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Bolding Jr. of Williamston, South Carolina, born in Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harold Bolding, Sr. and Mary Lucille Brewer Bolding; his daughter Velvet Starr Lee; and his sisters, Denise Wright and Ginger Huff.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elaine Henderson Bolding; his children, Anna McCoy of Piedmont, Phyllis Wilson (Gary) of Anderson, David Shook (Karri) of Pumpkintown, Tony Shook (Leslie) of Piedmont and Robert Mayfield of West Pelzer; and his sister Laraine Bolding of Greenville. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
