He is survived by: his parents, Terry Kelly O'Neal and Phillip O'Neal; his children, Brianna O'Neal, Adrianna O'Neal, Phillip Brian O'Neal, Jr. and Bristol O'Neal; and his siblings, Kelly Alford (Robin), Amy Willard (Chris), Jason O'Neal (Tiffany) and Scott O'Neal (Jamie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephew.
