He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Neal Rhinehart of Saluda; his stepchildren, Kevin Brian Cromer of Saluda and Allison Davis of Saluda; his brother David Rinehart of Ninety-Six; and his grandsons, Austin, Andy, Travis and Nathan.
