He was predeceased by: his parents, George Frank Ulmer and Roselyn Redmond Ulmer. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Frank Burton Ulmer (Suzanne) and Lauren Elizabeth Ulmer; and his granddaughters, Ella and Lily. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Bethel United Methodist Church.
