We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Alice Maybin of Walterboro, South Carolina, born in Dorchester, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Victor Charpia and Thelma Augusta Knight Charpia; her son Christopher "Sonny" Padgett; her grandchild Harley Hall; and her siblings, Harold Charpia and Lynda Frasier.
She is survived by: her children, Gwen Padgett Bunton (Terry) of Walterboro, Norma Padgett Hall of Greenwood and Dell Padgett Murdaugh (Michael) of Smoaks; her daughter-in-law Anne Padgett of Smoaks; and her brothers, Benjamin Charpia of Ohio and Eugene Charpia (Angie) of Texas. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
