He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurie B. Richardson and Gladys Rivers Richardson; and his son Sidney "Bubba" Rivers. He is survived by: his spouse Dora Elise Crapse Richardson; his sisters, Dorothy Hiers of Ehrhardt and Faye Long of Crocketville; and also, Shelia "Sissy" Floyd (Timothy) of Estill, Denise "Neise" Huffman (Larry) of Estill, Christopher Kent Mixson, Ashley, Hannah of Hampton and Wayne Ball (Judy) of Lexington.
