She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Riggs and Eddie Ruth King Brunner. She is survived by: her husband Elliott Lee Smith of Varnville; her children, Michael Ayer (Becky) of Varnville, Tammy Ayer (Dale Fennell) of Hampton and Stephanie Mador (Frankie) of Varnville; her sister Robin Brunner of Ulmer; and her grandchildren, Travis Ayer (Kayla), Christine Ayer (Chad Stanley), Everett Rennow (Angelica), Echo Sullivan, Megan Mesters (Chris) and Tad Rutland (Maggie). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
