He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Wingard and Lily Mae Zeigler Wingard; his wife Cathy Rucker Wingard; and his son Monday Hope Wingard. He is survived by: his niece Carla Rucker. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews.
