It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Samuel Cartin (Swansea, South Carolina), who passed away on March 31, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norton Samuel Cartin and Lorena Wise Cartin; and his brothers, Dempsey Lee and Harold Cartin. He is survived by: his wife Alice Smith Cartin; his daughter Suzanne Cunningham (James); his stepchildren, Tammy Caudill, Traci Rish (Allen), Sherri Miller and Tony Smith (Margie); his grandchildren, Marlaina, Alivia, Cecilia, Tennessa, Lauren, Erin, Adriane, Ryan, Austin and Michael; and his siblings, Mary Ann Day (Ron) and Lavern Cartin (Alva Deen).
