She was predeceased by: her parents, Webster M. Steele and Lillian Crout Steele; and her siblings, Jewel Steele Derrick, Sylvia Steele and Adam Heyward Steele.
She is survived by: her husband Wilmer R. Neese (Billy); her sons, Jeffrey Neese (Donna) and Kirk Neese (Denice); her grandsons, Matthew L. Neese and Brandon Neese; her stepgrandsons, Hunter Kelly and Coty Kelly (Ema); her stepgreat-grandson Authur Kelly; and her siblings, Coolidge Steele and Grace Harmon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
