He was predeceased by: his parents, James Waylon and Leola Hester Ivey; his sisters, Mildred Fulford and Margaret Bissell; his son-in-law Jeff Koch; and his granddaughter Hannah Ruth Ivey.
He is survived by: his children, LeLynn Ivey Koch, Eileen Ivey, Norman Waylon Ivey (Theresa Brewer Ivey) and Joel Matthew Ivey (Shelley Spadafore Ivey); his grandchildren, Aubrey Converse (Clyde), Faith Ivey, Paige Ivey, Kimmie Davidson (Caleb), Adam Koch, Abigail Ivey, Grace Ivey and Samuel Ivey; and his great grandchild Chloe Converse.
