He was predeceased by: his mother Melva Smith. He is survived by: his father James Smith of Slate Lick, PA; his grandson Milo; his wife Judy Andring Smith of Surfside Beach, SC; his sons, Michael Smith of Surfside Beach, SC and Dr. Cory Smith (Olga) of Morgantown, WV; and his brothers, Don, Randy, Tom and Chuck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
