He was predeceased by: his parent Adam Bavitz; and his sister Janice Fanucci. He is survived by: his parent Jennie Bavitz (Lehman); his spouse Viola Nesbitt; his grandchildren, Mark Bavitz of Nanticoke, Susan Kosloski (Michael) of Wilkes-Barre, Linda Minish (Randy) of Pleasant Gardens, N. C. and Deborah Muench (Clifford); and also Robert Bavitz of Old Forge. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; a brother.
