He was predeceased by: his parents, Dexter L. Evans and Frances Bailey Evans; and his son Brandon Evans. He is survived by: his children, Brooke Chamberlain (Jake) of Lake City and Hunter Evans of Coward; his grandchildren, Jackson of Lake City, Andie of Lake City and Georgia Chamberlain of Lake City; his sister Mary E. "Sissy" Smith (Russell) of Lake City; and his nieces, Kellie McKenzie (Wade) of Lake City and Melissa Sullivan (Jamie) of Lake City.
